Jay Symonds – CEO

Jay Symonds is the CEO of FrameworkSolutions. With a background in media, marketing, video and advertising, he has spent his career building world-class sales organizations and creating dynamic new business development strategies. Jay has a unique passion for impacting people's actions and behaviors using the power of web-based interactive media. Jay is committed to delivering outstanding solutions and projects that dramatically affect the bottom line.

Prior to FrameworkSolutions, Jay was the Senior Vice President sales at Rovion, a rich media company specializing in personality-driven online video ads. Jay helped create and launch some of the most dynamic and innovative web ad campaigns seen in the last decade, having the pleasure to work with such personalities as Tiger Woods, Lebron James and Eli Manning. In early 2010, Jay helped drive Rovion to acquisition by Digital Post Interactive.

Earlier in his career, Jay worked for the New York Times company, helping launch the Boston Globe Media brand, and successfully implementing large scale multimedia ad campaigns, across both traditional and digital ad platforms. Jay has had the pleasure of working with some of the worlds biggest brands, including, Toyota, Ford, Sony, Office Max, Disney, CBS, AOL and Liberty Mutual.

Christopher M. Jones – Founder & Chairman

Christopher M. Jones founded FrameworkSolutions in an effort to concentrate resources in the training and education space. Born out of a creative agency (M4), FrameworkSolutions carries with it the same fiercely creative attitude and skills as its parent company, alongside the rigor of sound instructional principles and practices. What started as a small creative team of developers, Mr. Jones has turned FrameworkSolutions into a rapidly growing training and education firm. One of his signature strengths is his ability to rapidly envision information and translate that vision into working design models and ultimately elegant training solutions. That same vision and capacity for synthesis has now permeated the FrameworkSolutions team, which moves forward with an unrelenting commitment to innovative customer solutions. Having worked closely with world’s largest training and human performance organizations, Mr. Jones has the experience and vision to steer FrameworkSolutions and it’s workmanship to new heights.

In the mid 90’s, Mr. Jones began his training career with a Times Mirror company whose focus was distance learning. There Mr. Jones saw untapped market segments and instituted new programs to capitalize on those opportunities with great success. That same entrepreneurial spirit that possessed him then can be felt in FrameworkSolutions and his other businesses now.

Mr. Jones and his family are longtime residents of the Greater Salt Lake area.

Tanner Elton – Principal

Tanner brings extensive experience in the media and marketing industries as an innovator and leader and has a proven record in pioneering new business development strategies that strengthen top-flight marketing organizations.

Tanner is currently serving as a Sr. Director at FOX Interactive Media, specifically working on MySpace's entertainment team working directly with many of the major movie studios. He previously served as Vice President of Sales for Rovion Inc, a leader in rich media vending and online ad executions. While at Rovion, Tanner successfully negotiated partnerships with Disney, The Tribune Company, ABC, and many other major corporations.

As an entrepreneur, Tanner has successfully created and launched various online applications including the first video gifting and other applications on Facebook. Tanner is also the creator of many different online publications that have grown to over 2.2 million monthly visitors in less than 1 year since launch.

Tanner received his BA in Communications from Brigham Young University.
